Delivery and Returns
All wooden items will not be processed for THREE WEEKS as we are currently moving workshops.
Homeware items will still be processed as normal.
We also wanted to take some time to give you an update on how we at Woody Marvellous are responding to the Coronavirus pandemic and what you can expect from us during these challenging times.
We have closed our high-street store but we are still open via our website as much as possible. Some suppliers and materials are still restricted.
As a family-based business, we are working around our family so please bear with us. Safety is of upmost importance to us.
However, we think it is then important to follow government restrictions and limit the times we leave our property to post orders.

Delivery Times & Prices
Delivery times given are approximate and we always try to get your product to you ASAP.
Delivery prices are based on the items size, weight and destination.
Small items are usually sent via Hermes or Royal Mail. All parcels require a signature. Please ensure contact details are given at the point of ordering to allow you to track your item where applicable.
Most of our items unless specified are made to order, occasionally we have items in stock for immediate dispatch but otherwise please allow up to 14 working days before dispatch.
Postage for smaller items is £5.95 and usually takes 2-3 days via Royal Mail or Hermes. Longer items (especially street signs) are usually sent via Parcelforce and will be with you anywhere from 24-48 hours. The price for this service is £12.95. Please be aware this does not include the weekend so any orders placed on a Friday wont be processed until the following Monday.
If our couriers cannot deliver your goods to you after their 3rd attempt, the item will be taken to a local depot where an admin fee will apply (payable by you) to resend the parcel back out to you. They will contact you via email to let you know.
Orders placed after 4pm will be dealt with the following day and similarly orders placed over the weekend will be dealt with on a Monday.
We currently only accept orders to UK Mainland. If you live outside of the UK mainland please contact us for a price for postage. This will be invoiced separately to you as an extra change.
Woody Marvellous Ltd reserve the right to deliver any of our products at any time. If unfortunately any item is out of stock and the order unable to be fulfilled we will contact you at our earliest convenience.
We truly hope you love your item but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please contact us immediately in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return.
Unused products will need to be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange to be given including the original postage cost. Please ensure the item is packaged as you received it ensuring goods are not damaged in transit, otherwise a refund may be compromised. We recommend using a signed for/recorded service to ensure your goods reach us.
Woody Marvellous Ltd cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the returns cost.
Please note – Any items that have been personalised unfortunately cannot be refunded/ exchanged.
We ask that any goods received damaged, pictures must be taken so we can see the damage and emailed to us to discuss the return.
