Each piece of wood is hand-picked, by us, for its natural character and beauty, then using a transformed by hand in our Yorkshire workshop and engraved with your personalisation to make each piece truly unique. Our products are not mass-manufactured. We pride ourselves on our customer care & attention and the high quality products we produce.

All our pieces are hand crafted with huge attention to detail and care, completely bespoke and made to last. Our website highlights our most loved designs but at the heart of our business is the idea that each and every product can be customised just for you. When you place an order, either by phone, email or on our website you can request a preview of your finished product. It is all part of our personal service. We will send you a proof to you by email to view, making sure you are 100% happy with your design.
After all, you are the reason we do this and we want you to be happy.
This service is unique and there is no extra cost. This is such a good way of ironing out any issues with text or spelling or layout etc.
For Website sales remember to send us an email requesting a preview, we will endeavour to respond as soon as we possibly can.
Please note: Previews must be requested before or at time of order. If you don’t request a preview, we will make your product as per you order and layout as to what we feel looks best.
