PLEASE NOTE: MAXIMUM GAP FROM WALL TO BACK OF RADIATOR MUST BE 4CM. IF THE GAP IS LARGER THAN THIS THE BRACKETS WILL NOT WORK. We will not be held responsible for any orders where this hasn't been checked prior to purchasing this item.

Returns accepted, (excluding custom orders) the product has to be in original condition and buyer to pay return postage costs and send in original packagingCustomer collection also welcome (we are located in Pocklington, East Yorkshire).
** Due to being handmade there will be slight variations in the look. Each piece of wood is carefully handpicked & crafted. It has characteristics, colourings, knots & grain differences vs. the picture, some might be slightly bigger, smaller, darker, lighter, but all this adds to each and every piece being truly unique. As the product adapts to its forever home temperature, swelling/ further drying out may occur and produce new characteristics. Please note these will not be faults but come with working with natural handmade products.
